Renovations and Additions

Garage Additon, Re-Roof of Entire Home, Paver Driveway and Rear Lanai Additon with Paver Patio 

 

Classic Homes completed an addtion of a garage, paver driveway and rear lanai and paver patio on this beautiful "west of trail" Sarasota home.  We removed the existing carport and replaced it with a concrete block garage.  Duane designed the front of the garage with a parapet roof and installed a new brick paver driveway and walkway.  On the rear of the home he added a covered lanai which he designed with archways in keeping with the Spanish style and a large paver patio. He then re-roofed the entire home.

 

 

Complete Villa Renovation​

 

Classic Homes completed a renovation of a Villa in The Meadows subdivision in Sarasota, Florida.  The popcorn ceilings were the first to go and  were replaced with a knock-down finish.  The old style light valences in the master and guest baths were removed and replaced with decorative wall sconce lighting.  The kitchen raised bar was eliminated and new cabinets, countertops and stainless appliances replaced the outdated look. The master bath, guest bath cultured marble shower enclosure and tub surround were removed and replaced with updated porcelain tile finishes.  The cabinets and countertops were replaced with new cabinets and granite  countertops. Existing vinyl and carpet in the main living areas and baths were removed and replaced with an oversized porcelain tile.  The remodel included replacement of the air conditioning system and hot water heater.
